He's a can do everything kind of guy, from electrical to power washing, from building a sun deck to "whatever". He has done some work for, I think, every owner here over the past year & a half & the feedback I get is "he was terrific", etc.  Working on the principle of: good help is hard to find, I forward his name to you. I was thinking, with all the jobs you have on the go, you probably need a ‘problem solving, fixer’ guy who you don't have to hold his hand to get the job done right.

Mike,

Thank you very much for the fast and excellent job you did installing our fan unit. These places are old and the construction is often a surprise when you start cutting the walls open. 

I was pleased to find the job done and the site clean when I came home. That has not been our experience with other tradesmen. Nice to see some people still care.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for replacing our bathroom sink so quickly. It looks great and everything inside the vanity is nice and dry.
